Step-by-Step Ordering Process
Step One - Selecting Mat and Frame (Framed Orders Only)
If you choose to purchase your photograph 'unframed' then move on to Step Two

     If you do choose to frame your print, browse the range of available mats and frames and decide on a combination you think will best suit both the photograph and (if relevant) the decor of the room it will be displayed in.   Framing a print usually adds about 20cm to 25cm to the width and height.  For example, when framed; a 60 x 18cm photograph will have a finished dimension of about 80cm x 38cm.  This is important, especially when you are considering the wall space you have available.  As soon as you are ready, proceed to Step Two.

Step Three - Order Processing Confirmation
     Now that you have placed your order, we will contact you within 24 hours (Unless otherwise specified in the news section) to confirm your order details, framing options and successful payment completion.  We will also ask you for your preferred delivery details.  In addition, during the printing and framing process, we will keep you informed on the progress of your order.

     That's it!  Congratulations on your purchase, we hope that you (and the recipient) are 100% satisfied with the delivered photograph.

 
Important Information - Please read before placing your order
 
  • Prices include GST and shipping within Australia.  International orders must contact us first for a shipping quote.  
  • We will contact you within 2 business days (unless stated on the 'news' page of this website) to confirm your order before processing
  • Currently, we only accept payment via PayPal.  However, please contact us if this is of concern to you and we will try to make other arrangements with you.
  • All credit card payments are handled through Pay Pal and not by Sam Sneddon Photography.  We do not receive your personal information.  If you have any concerns regarding unauthorised transactions or mishandling of private information you must contact Pay Pal's disputes office.  
  • Orders may take 2 weeks for unframed and 4 weeks for framed photographs.   
  • All of our limited edition photographs go through strict quality control to ensure satisfaction.  In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money 30 days from initial dispatch.  To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be returned in the condition they were received and include the certificate of authenticity and original purchase recepit..
  • We will keep you informed of your order's status via email as it is processed.
